1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Domestic Shipping

- Shipping Carrier: We partner with UPS to deliver your packages safely and on time.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped, allowing you to follow its progress online.
3. International Shipping
- Availability: We ship worldwide to most countries. If your destination isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, but most international orders arrive in 2–4 weeks. Customs processing may occasionally cause longer delays.
- Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order. Unless prepaid at checkout, duties may be due upon receipt of your order. If you refuse to pay the duties and receive your package, we reserve the right to deduct shipping fees from any refund issued.

4. Packaging & Handling

5. Shipping Delays or Issues
- Carrier Delays: We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link for updates.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@monmoncats.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Change Requests: If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us at orders@monmoncats.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.
- Cancellations: Once your item has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still be eligible for returns or exchanges in accordance with our Return Policy.
